The location here is amazing, right next to a bus station and just a short walk from the city center, plus we had a room with a balcony.

The rooms here are good with balcony. They offer a safe box, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The property's location is great, very close to the island, the bus stops and restaurants.

A safe, cable channels, and a study table were a very nice touch. 4. the staff were very attentive and an absolute pleasure. 5. the location was particularly good and magnificent for Flores, just off bars and restaurants. 6. It was right on the Peten Lake shore.

This hotel was located in a very central area close enough to restaurants as well as the Peten Lake shore. For evening meal I visited Los Amigos Restaurant, since it was near the venue.

The staff and everyone were really helpful. 🌟 Great spot, right by a bus stop which was super convenient for us. the food in the restaurant was absolutely incredible.

We had an amazing time exploring the nearby Caves of Actun Tunichil Muknal with our youngest, who absolutely loved the adventure! The tour guides were knowledgeable and made sure we felt safe throughout the experience. It was a truly unforgettable family bonding moment.

For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly activities at the hotel.

I love staying at Hotel Santana in Flores. The location is absolutely fantastic, just a short distance to restaurants, shops, and the beautiful Peten Lake shore. It's only 600 feet away from the stunning Lake Peten Itza.

I always choose this place for my stay, no regrets. At my first stay, staff helped with transport. It suits perfectly, has Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, lounge, restaurant, pool. No pets. Air con. I keep coming back for city trips.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Santana. The room with a balcony was fantastic, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was favorable and magnificent, being so close to the bars on the waterfront. Additionally, it was only a 95-minute walk from Playa San Miguel. The rate of USD 1110 was reasonable given the excellent amenities and location.

Excellent lakefront location with easy access to bars and restaurants. I really enjoyed the beautiful view from my room. The hotel had a small swimming pool and a nice breakfast. I recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The location right in front of the lake was absolutely stunning. From our balcony, we could enjoy the beautiful views every day. And being so close to everything made exploring the area a breeze. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room itself was comfortable and attractively decorated. We especially loved the spacious terrace and the flat-screen TV for some cozy evenings in.
